Abstract: The purpose of this presentation is to familiarize the audience with the recently released report to the President of the United States developed by the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).  Per Presidential request, this study was performed by the 21 PCAST members appointed from industry, academia, research institutions, and other non-governmental organizations.  The presentation will cover the role of PCAST, the organization of the report, the six defined goals, and the identified barriers to implementation.For more visit the INCOSE San Diego website and view presentation.
