GCorp consulting’s Quality Assurance Plan continuously samples industry and government best practices to ensure the quality of the services provided meet the requirements of our customers. Our established Quality Control Plan (QCP) framework maintains standards derived from PMBoK, ISO 9000, and ITIL processes. These QCP’s will define the techniques, procedures and methodologies used for applying QC and QA to Task Orders. GCorp’s QC Plan addresses key process areas for effective quality management and is guided through continuous interaction with our customers. Each QC Plan will be updated upon contract award to ensure the each area applies to the task order awarded.
